Used Nordic Ware rose bundt pan, 10 cups. While this cake looks gorgeous on its own, to create a stunning, romantic centerpiece, consider arranging the smaller Nordic Ware rose buds and sweetheart roses around it.

Interior non-stick baking area has one small 1/4 inch scratch or manufacturers defect on of the petals, but it doesn't show finished cake, and cake came out pan no problem. A few small scuffs on outside of pan less than 1/4 inch, and some pinprick sized nicks non-stick side bottom does not affect baking at all.
